These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and 10KHits LLC ("10KHits," "we," "us," or "Company") governing your access to and use of our website, service, application, traffic exchange, account features, and related services. By creating an account, adding a website, purchasing Points or a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We provide a traffic exchange service that allows users to earn credits ("Points") by viewing other users' websites and using those Points to send visitors to their own websites. We do not:

We may restrict, suspend, terminate, or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or our legal and operational interests, including for:

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through the available account, payment-provider, or support process. Cancellation normally stops future subscription renewals and does not by itself refund the current paid period. Nothing in this section prevents you from making a good-faith complaint, disputing a charge, exercising a privacy or other legal right, reporting a violation, contacting a regulator, or pursuing a lawful claim.
Eligible one-time purchases may be refunded when requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. The 14-day period begins when payment is completed.

We may investigate, remove or disable access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and restrict traffic while reviewing a report. We may request additional information and may decline to act where a report is incomplete, unfounded, or outside our control.
Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from using our Site and Service.
WARNING: Using traffic exchange services may violate the terms of service of advertising platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with third-party advertising network policies. We are not liable for any consequences, including account bans or penalties, from advertising networks.

Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Either party may also seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, and either party may use a court to compel, enforce, vacate, or confirm an arbitration award.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be brought within one year after the claim accrues. The period begins when the claimant knew or reasonably should have known the facts giving rise to the claim. This deadline does not apply to claims that applicable law prohibits the parties from shortening, claims subject to a longer non-waivable period, claims that cannot lawfully be limited, or claims involving fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where a limitation is prohibited by law. Applicable statutory tolling rules remain available. Nothing in this arbitration section requires arbitration of a claim that applicable law makes non-arbitrable.
